Heckler and Koch calls the fifth generation of its successful HK416 series "the next step in the evolution of assault rifles."
This version, a replica of the rifle adopted by the French army, complies with all the necessary requirements such as the handguard with four Picatinny rails, the D-type stock and the dedicated flash hider.
The HK416, this 6mm caliber version with power <1J, promises to have the same success among airsoft enthusiasts.
Proof of this is provided by its mechanical capabilities with MOSFETs, adjustable hop-up and precision barrel. The latter has a diameter of just 6.03 mm and, in combination with the adjustable hop-up, guides the 6 mm BB in an enormously controlled manner up to the muzzle with M14x1 thread for tracer units and silencers.
Visually, the magazine stands out due to the current generation 3 design. It holds 120 rounds, but can also be optionally switched to 30 rounds.
Typical of the A5 version of the HK416, operation is fully ambidextrous. The fire selector, bolt catch and magazine release button can be operated from either side and a fold-down sight is mounted on the top rail of the picatinny quad-rail.
