Backpack built to the specifications of the operators employed in the Afghan operating theater. It has various compartments, pockets, velcro patches for ID systems and an external net to quickly attach the helmet to the backpack.
Built in 1000 Denier NYLON, the backpack has a capacity of about 70 liters. The outer shell is lined with MOLLE loops and has three carrying and recovery handles and among these the upper one can be used as an evacuation handle. The back part is preformed to give the operator maximum comfort and breathability. The shoulder straps are padded, adjustable in height and in the lumbar area with straps and sliding buckles. They are also equipped with two D-RING rings for quick attachment of accessories and an elastic chest strap with a fastex buckle. The lumbar band is padded, covered with MOLLE loops and is adjustable with straps and fastex buckle. The backpack is made up of a main compartment that can be completely opened by means of a silenced zip with a drawstring. On the back of the main compartment there are four straps with fastex buckle for the retention and anchoring of the accessories and a retractable pocket also useful for positioning the blisters for personal hydration. The secondary pocket is also positioned on the main flap. In one part of the pocket there are three concealed pockets, one of which can be closed with a zip and one with a divider. Furthermore, a transparent insert allows the insertion of plates for personal identification. In the other part of the pocket there is a concealed mesh pocket that can be closed with a zip. Also on the main flap there are two retractable longitudinal pockets on the left and right which can be closed by means of a silenced zip with drawstring. The upper pocket allows the insertion of the helmet or accessories and the retention takes place internally through a loop with two straps also adjustable in height and fastex buckles, and externally through four compression straps and fastex buckles. Four anti-abrasion studs and a set of MOLLE loops with two compression straps with sliding buckles for positioning accessories are positioned in the base of the backpack. Each pocket is equipped with drainage holes and in the main pocket three openings ensure the exit of antennas, radio cables and personal hydration tubes. New insertion of a vertical aluminum bar on the back which allows greater support when the backpack is loaded.
