The structure is made of 1000 Denier Nylon.

The "Admin" panel on which the female velcro band is sewn is resealable, that is, by releasing the straps that hold it firmly to the shoulder straps, it can be wrapped and stored, by closing two affixed snap buttons, inside the MOLLE panel main.
