FAT BOY is the most robust fixed blade knife ever produced by Extrema Ratio. This is the first knife produced in N690 (58HRC) steel with a thickness of 8.6 mm. The total weight of this model is 1 kg.

The blade, characterized by a full flat grinding, has a particular structure of the tip which, in addition to combining the ability to penetrate with the possibility of being used as a wedge, at the same time allows the main cutting edge to be safeguarded. Its shape and width also allow it to dig small holes in the ground in emergency situations.

The back, thick and flat at the end, gives the instrument greater mass and a striking surface useful for hammering and driving pegs. Fat Boy has a handle made up of 2 black G10 material grips made with the new original Extrema Ratio design. Removable and replaceable, they allow inspections and checks to be carried out under the handle and allow the paracord to be mounted.

Fatboy is equipped with a black cordura sheath with anti-cut rubber blade block. The Molle system present on both sides allows, depending on the side where the two vertical strips that allow the height adjustment of the thigh band are positioned, use by both right-handed and left-handed people. This system allows you to attach accessories, pouches or an additional back up knife offering the ability to easily move all accessories from side to side. All sheath components can be replaced separately.
