The Expedition series knives offer the same performance, reliability and high quality of all the tactical tools that Extrema Ratio supplies to military and law enforcement special forces.

Selvans Expeditions, like the Selvans model from which it derives, was born from the collaboration between Extrema Ratio and the Master Advanced instructor Daniele Dal Canto. This tool is the result of the modification of the ONTOS, a military survival knife, made to accentuate and maximize the knife's performance.

Selvans Expedition uses Böhler N690 steel heat treated to 58 HRC with MIL-C-13924 blackening and stone washed surface treatment (Dark Stone finish).

The handle has been lengthened and the blade weighted to improve the effectiveness of the cutting blows. It comes with a desert cordura sheath with MOLLE system, equipped with a mini pouch containing paracord with flammable filament usable in case of emergency and/or critical weather conditions and a Firesteel for lighting fires.
