NEMESIS has the same structure as the MPC but is more projected towards defensive use. The blade, of great thickness and with flat curling, is robust and sharp, the upper guard prevents slipping of the hand on the blade. The generously sized handle protruding from the hand allows it to be used with the blade closed to perform non-lethal pressures and strokes. A manual safety device engages the lever of the BACK-LOCK mechanism, preventing the blade release lever from being accidentally crushed during vigorous use. This safety can also be used in closing to prevent the knife from opening after an unauthorized subtraction. In this case the knife does not open but the mechanism is irreversibly damaged. The tang, in hardened steel, is an effective glass breaker and houses a hole for fixing a safety lace. A blade with a decidedly "Italian" style.
