At the heart of Alcyone is its completely flat blade, precision machined from American-made CTS BD1 stainless steel. Its leaf-shaped profile includes a long flat edge and a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole for quick, ambidextrous, one-handed opening. The blade is housed in a highly refined ergonomic handle with fully skeletonized stainless steel coatings and an open construction style. These features minimize the weight of the knife and make cleaning easier by providing a solid structure for its sturdy LinerLock mechanism. To ensure a secure and comfortable grip, the liners are arranged between hard gray G-10 scales with a unique non-slip checkered texture. The handle also houses a sturdy four-position pocket clip that supports the left or right side.
