N690 stainless steel is the best in the world for use in hunting blade construction and reaches over 59 HRC.
This steel gives the unique characteristic of guaranteeing at the same time, the very high resistance of the blade edge and the docility in letting itself be sharpened.
The handle is in G10, light and non-slip.
