Prices displayed
All the prices of the products displayed and referred to on the website, which form an offer to the public, are inclusive of VAT. They are net of transport costs, which shall be clearly viewed before finalizing the order.

Product availability
If an order exceeds the quantity available in the warehouse, Target-softair.com shall notify the customer within 72 hours of the unavailability and of the relevant waiting time for the finalization of the order. If the customer does not agree to wait for the time necessary for delivery, the contract shall be considered terminated and Target-softair.com shall immediately cancel the order.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

• the purposes of data processing are directly connected and instrumental to the provision of the requested service
• furthermore, data processing shall also be carried out for market surveys, transmission of advertising material, marketing activities and commercial information relating to products and services of companies displaying products on the portal, carried out in any way and by any means; detection of the degree of user satisfaction on the quality of the products and/or services rendered and on the activity carried out by the Company displaying products on the portal, carried out directly or through personal or telephone interviews, questionnaires etc. submitted by specialized companies.

METHODS OF PROCESSING
Data shall be processed mainly with electronic and IT tools and stored both on IT and paper media and on any other type of suitable medium, in compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to the Technical Regulations on minimum security measures, Annex B of the Personal Data Processing Code.
OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA ACQUISITION
The acquisition of personal data is optional. However, failure to provide, even partially, the personal data required for completing the Registration Form for accessing the Service may prevent the complete provision of the Service itself.
SUBJECTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED
Personal data may be disclosed to Company staff insofar as appointed and responsible for data processing; staff have been duly informed about personal data security and protection. In any case the prohibition to disclose or disseminate the personal data not required for the performance of the services still holds.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
In relation to the processing of personal data, pursuant to article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Personal Data Processing Code, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and the communication of such in an intelligible form. You have the right to obtain the indication of:

• the origin of the personal data
• the purposes and methods of processing
• the logic applied in the event of processing by means of electronic devices
• the identifying details of the data controller and data processor
• the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom such data may be disclosed or to whom it may be revealed by virtue of their position as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, data processors or persons appointed to process data

You have the right to obtain:

• the updating or supplementing of data
• the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or blockage of personal data processed in breach of law, including data that needs to be kept for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed

You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

• the processing of the personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection, for legitimate reasons
• the processing of the personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication

Right of withdrawal
Target-softair.com acknowledges the right of withdrawal for any consumer who is, for whatever reason, dissatisfied, as foreseen by current legislation without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
This right can be exercised only by consumers. Therefore, all purchases made for purposes not unrelated to business or professional activity, i.e. where a VAT registration number is entered in the appropriate order form, do not enjoy this right.
The time limit for the exercise of this right is of 10 working days from the receipt of the goods, within which the Customer is required to return the goods and to notify us thereof by registered letter with return receipt to the address:

In case the right of withdrawal is expressed by fax or by e-mail through our contact form, it shall still be confirmed by registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated above, within the following 48 hours.
Important. The letter requesting the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall bear the details of a bank or postal account to re-credit the amount due (CIN code, ABI code, CAB code, Account number, Account holder).
The exercise of the right of withdrawal entails the following:

• the Customer must express his or her will to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above
• the purchased goods must be unused, intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, brochures, etc.)
• the product must be returned within the times and in the manner described above. Return costs are charged to the Customer. It is understood that the risks of transport for returning the items are entirely borne by the consumer.

The goods, once delivered to our warehouse, shall be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
After checking the integrity of the goods, we shall re-credit the amount already paid by bank transfer to the current account communicated by you to our Customer Care Service.
Any refund concerns only the price of the product and shall be made no later than 30 days from the moment the goods for which you want to exercise the right of withdrawal are returned.
The only expenses borne by the customer are those relating to the return of the product.
The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which by their nature cannot be postponed or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly.
All returns of goods paid with cash on delivery shall not be refunded but a shopping voucher shall be created for the value to be spent on the website https://www.target-softair.com by the end of the current year.

Shipping costs
The costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of the package and its destination. In any case the costs shall be calculated and indicated in the cart when filling out the order.
If possible, shipments that are particularly bulky or weigh over 50 kg shall be divided into several shipments falling within the set limits, or be shipped in a single shipment by courier. The cost and any right of cash on delivery, if required, shall be calculated in the cart based on the purchased product.

Delivery times and methods
Target-softair only accepts orders with collection of goods at TARGET S.R.L. directly by the customer or by third parties in the name and on behalf of the customer. The collection by third parties may be made by GLS courier at the costs calculated on the website or by any other trusted courier at your expense, to be specified when the order is concluded.

Goods can be collected directly at TARGET S.R.L. in Contrada del Collegio, 53 Centro Storico, Rep. San Marino 47890, by prior telephone appointment, during the scheduled times and days.

Collection by courier takes place in the name and on behalf of the end customer still at TARGET S.R.L. in Contrada del Collegio 53, Centro Storico, Rep. San Marino 47890. For each order placed on www.target-softair.com collection costs borne by the Customer are calculated on the website and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order. Payment of the goods by the Customer shall be in the manner chosen at the time of placing the order. No additional costs or commissions are due to TARGET S.R.L. The delivery times of the ordered goods (24/48 hours) are purely indicative, as they may be subject to changes due to force majeure or weather conditions (heavy snow) and traffic in general. Standard delivery shall take place every day, except holidays, from Monday to Friday. TARGET S.R.L. shall not be held responsible in case of delayed processing of the order.

If the delivery is not successful, the goods shall be sent to TARGET S.R.L. and the cost relating to uncollected products shall be calculated and charged to the customer.

What to do upon delivery of the product
When the courier makes the delivery, the customer and/or consumer shall verify that the package is intact, undamaged and in any case compliant with the standard characteristics of a package.
Any objections shall be immediately made to the courier, otherwise the product shall be considered as correctly delivered.
If the consumer and/or customer receives damaged goods or asks the courier for a new delivery, he or she has direct and exclusive action against the courier itself. The latter shall also be liable for the late delivery of the goods to the recipient.
Target-softair.com shall not, in such cases, be held responsible for loss or damage of the goods from the moment they are delivered without objections to the courier for transport.

What to do in case of damage caused by transportation
If the package clearly appears to be damaged on delivery of the goods, the customer shall:

• make an objection, that is, the package is accepted but before signing the document the customer shall write “I accept with reserve”. After opening a package and finding damage, the customer may be immediately refunded based on the compensation parameters provided for by Legislative Decree no. 286 of 21/11/2005
• refuse the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without opening the package

Methods of payment
Target-softair.com accepts the following methods of payment:

Payment by bank transfer
If payment is made by bank transfer, the goods shall be shipped only after the amount has been effectively credited to our current account.

The reason on the bank transfer shall bear: the order number, the name and surname of the remitter.
In the current state of the banking system, the amount transferred is credited to the beneficiary’s current account no earlier than 3/5 working days from the date of execution.
Before making the payment, customers should inquire about the availability of the goods through the Customer Care Service.
If payment is not received within 8/10 days of placing the order, the order shall be canceled.
Payment with cash on delivery
Cash on delivery means payment in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products.
The courier only accepts exact amounts, corresponding to the order amount (no change is given).
Payment by bank checks or money orders is not accepted.
In the case of amounts exceeding € 1,000.00, payment shall be made by bank draft made out to TARGET S.R.L..
In the case of high amounts, Target-softair.com reserves the right to request an advance of the amount by advance bank transfer as guarantee.
Credit card
The Visa and Mastercard circuit cards include a multitude of credit cards that rely on these circuits for payment.
Examples are CartaSì, BancoPosta credit card, Postepay, Aura and all the other cards that have the Mastercard or Visa logo.
Your card details are managed directly by Cartasì specialized in the management of online payments.
The information is encrypted through 128-bit encryption systems (SSL), which prevent its use by third parties and is sent directly to the bank. It is not visible to Target-softair.com staff either.
Payment by credit card allows sending goods to an address other than that of the order holder.
In any case, the order holder must be the holder of the credit card.
Attention: if the abovementioned conditions are not respected, the card issuing bank shall be asked to verify the authenticity of the card’s ownership.
This activity takes about 5 working days.
At the end of it, in the event of a positive outcome, the order shall be delivered. Target-softair.com reserves the right to request a fax with a valid document to speed up checks.
The amount due shall be debited on the date of shipment of the goods and not on the date of the order.
PayPal
PayPal payments are accepted. It is possible to use the money in the PayPal account or to pay by means of the main credit cards.

Buyer’s obligations
The buyer is not allowed to enter false and/or fantasy data in the registration procedure for the activation of the execution of this contract and the further related communications. Personal data and e-mails must be exclusively the buyer’s real personal data and not that of third parties or fantasy data.
The consumer and/or customer authorizes Target-softair.com and undertakes to provide, at the discretion of the latter, copies of valid identity documents.
Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes Target-softair.com to terminate the contract for breach of the buyer.
The customer relieves Target-softair.com from any liability resulting from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the customer, the customer being solely responsible for the correct entry.
The customer undertakes, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep these general terms, after viewing and accepting them as a mandatory step in the purchasing process, and to print the specifications of the product being purchased.
The guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the customer makes in the manner indicated above is of essence, so that by express agreement the customer’s failure to fulfill this obligation shall determine the termination of the contract by law without the need for judicial judgment, without prejudice the right of Target-softair.com to take legal action for compensation for further damage.

Contract termination and Express termination clause
Target-softair.com has the right to terminate the concluded contract by simply notifying the consumer and/or customer thereof with adequate and justified reasons. In this case, the customer is only entitled to the refund of any sum already paid.
